Every exhibit comes with a certificate of authenticity and awaits you in the gallery, so you can see it in person before you decide.

We will bring these exhibits in especially for you — the gallery manager will discuss timing and terms with you personally.

A RELICTUM manager will select a fossil skull to suit your wishes, the size of the room and your budget. We will show the available exhibits in person at the gallery. Once you have chosen, we will arrange safe delivery and install the piece professionally in its prepared place.
Skulls in this section: 5 — dinosaurs: Triceratops, Psittacosaurus, Afrovenator; Ice Age animals, sabre-toothed cats, ancient whales and marine predators.
Prices from 1 600 000 ₽ to 3 500 000 ₽. The price depends on species, size and preservation: a large dinosaur skull is one of the most expensive fossil formats.
A skull is a sculptural object: it needs a stand at eye level and side light so that its relief can be read. Compact skulls look good on a desk or in a cabinet, large ones on a plinth of their own.
Fossil skulls are chosen by how expressively the animal's 'portrait' reads. The preservation of the face, eye sockets and tooth row sets the first impression. Ask about the share of original bone and the care taken in preparation: this determines how natural the surface looks. Presentation matters too: a skull on a low stand is viewed from above, one on a console against a wall in profile, and these are different stories. For a study, a skull of up to half a metre is more practical; larger specimens need distance and overhead light. If you plan to buy a dinosaur skull, start by measuring the console or cabinet.
